✦Private one to one · Nine sessions · Twelve weeks
You’ve spent long enough understanding everyone else.
Now it’s about you.
You know why you do it.
If knowing hasn’t changed it, what will?
✦This may be you
You’re self-aware. Sometimes painfully so.
You’ve read the books. You’ve listened to the podcasts. You’ve thought about your childhood, and you’ve analysed yourself at 2am more times than you’d like to admit.
You can explain exactly why you do it. And you still do it.
So there’s the overthinking, and the second-guessing. The same relationship dynamic, arriving in different partners. The guilt that turns up whenever you put yourself first, and the way you end up responsible for how everyone else is feeling. You’re successful in some parts of your life and strangely uncertain in others.
There’s the moment you almost chose yourself — and didn’t.
And underneath all of it, a feeling you can’t quite let go of. You know you want more from your life — more meaning, more of you doing what you love in it.
That’s the woman I want to work with.
✦Why understanding hasn’t changed it
Knowing why isn’t the same as being free of it.
Here’s what I’ve watched happen for thirty years.
Something happens and there’s no room for the emotion — you’re too young, it doesn’t feel safe, or there simply isn’t anyone there to help you make sense of it.
So you make sense of it the best way you can.
I’m too much.
I should have known better.
It’s easier if I just handle it myself.
And when you think something often enough, it can stop feeling like a thought.
It starts feeling true.
like a belief about who you are
Years later, you can understand exactly where that belief came from. You can know it isn’t true anymore — and still notice yourself reacting as though it is.
That’s the part doing it alone doesn’t always change. Working together, we’ll reach what insight alone can’t.
Your mind may know better, while something deeper still responds in the old way.
So this isn’t about trying harder to understand yourself. You already understand a lot.
It’s about helping what you know become the way you actually live.
✦How I work
Three ways of working. One person.
I’m a psychotherapist, a clinical hypnotherapist and an intuitive coach, and I don’t keep those separate — because you’re not three separate problems.
Some weeks we’ll talk. Some weeks we’ll go somewhere deeper. We might work with an old belief, a relationship pattern, a younger part of you, a decision you’ve been circling for years, or a version of yourself you’ve outgrown but haven’t quite put down.
What we do depends on what’s in front of us that day. There’s structure — you’ll see it below — but there’s room inside it for you, because I’ve never believed meaningful work happens by moving every woman through an identical process.
Psychotherapy
Thirty years of sitting with what’s being said, and what isn’t.
Hypnotherapy
Reaching the place the understanding hasn’t got to.
Intuitive coaching
What I notice, said out loud, so you can do something with it.
And I’ll say the thing my whole practice is named after: I’m not interested in you needing me. HealOneSelf means what it says. My job is to teach you how to do this, so that when life knocks you sideways in three years, you already know the way back.
✦The nine sessions
There’s a shape to it. Here it is.
Nine sessions, two hours each, across twelve weeks. Each phase has to be complete before the next one is possible — which is why it’s nine and not twelve, and why none of them are an hour.
Where you are, and where you want to be
We start by getting clear on what’s actually happening now, and where you want to get to. What the pattern looks like in your life today, and where it might have started.
By the end of these two we can usually name the belief itself — the thought you’ve had so often it stopped feeling like a thought.
Two sessions, because not everyone settles straight away — and you shouldn’t have to.
Where it began
We go back to the emotion that never got felt — the one there was no room for at the time. The experiences the belief formed around, what’s been running underneath ever since, and the big why: why it came to feel acceptable to keep living this way.
Then we release the emotional charge, through hypnotic and energetic work. This is the part that talking alone doesn’t always shift, and it’s what the whole programme is built around. As the emotional charge softens, the thought can start to lose its grip.
This is often the part women tell me they can actually feel shifting.
You
The largest part, because everything else rests on it, and because it’s mind, body and soul rather than just thinking.
You may not even believe it anymore. But you’ve lived by it for so long, the pattern keeps running anyway.
So we work through real examples from your life, one after another, until responding differently stops being an idea and starts being something you do without thinking about it.
The people around you, and the work you do
We look at how this belief has been shaping your relationships and your working life — and what changes when it’s no longer running the show.
We map your values and what actually matters to you against what a fulfilling life looks like — then get specific about the boundaries, the conversations and the ways of responding in each.
The real you
What’s changed, what you want to keep strengthening, and how you hold this on your own.
And the part that matters most: how to catch an emotion while it’s still an emotion — before it goes quiet and turns into a thought, and long before that thought hardens into something you believe about who you are.
That’s the bit you keep. That’s what HealOneSelf actually means.
✦The Finally You Manifesto
You don’t leave empty-handed.
Everything we uncover along the way gets kept.
At the end, it comes together as your Finally You Manifesto — not an affirmation sheet that ends up in a drawer, but a collection of your own work, in your own words, that you take with you.
It’s what you come back to on the days it gets loud again. And because becoming doesn’t really finish, you can keep adding to it.
The question it leaves you with: what would the woman I’m becoming choose today?
What’s in it
- Your values
- Your boundaries
- What matters now
- The patterns you can finally see
- What you’ll no longer abandon yourself for
- How you want to show up
I see who you’re becoming before you do.
Something I’ve noticed, after thirty years of sitting opposite people.
I can often see the woman in front of me starting to emerge before she can see herself. Not because I know her better than she knows herself — but because when you’re inside your own story, fear makes possibility very hard to look at.
So I’ll hold it for a while. I’ll remind you what I can see. And when the story that says you can’t gets loud, I’ll say something.
Until the day you can do that for yourself. Which is the day my job is done.
✦What’s different afterwards
Twelve weeks from now.
I’m not going to tell you life becomes perfect. People will still get under your skin, and hard days will still be hard.
What changes is where you’re meeting them from.
Your head and your heart stop arguing
You understand what you’re feeling instead of being run by it. The reactivity softens. You can feel something without it taking the whole day.
You’re honest in your relationships
No without the guilt. Yes without the resentment. And the harder conversation, actually had.
You know what you want
The fog lifts. You trust your own read on things without needing anyone to confirm it first.
And underneath all three, the one that matters most: you know how to come back to yourself.

✦One thing women ask me
I’ve never done hypnotherapy. Is it safe?
Yes. You stay in control the whole time. You’re aware of what’s happening, you can speak, and you can stop at any point.
Think of it as a deeply relaxed, focused state that helps us work with the beliefs and patterns sitting underneath — rather than just talking about them.
And if you’re nervous about it, tell me on the day. We go at your pace.
✦You’ve read this far for a reason.✦
There’s a part of you that already knows —
you don’t want to feel like this anymore.
