I grew up reading people
before I knew what that meant.
From a young age, I was deeply intuitive. I grew up in my mum’s hairdressing salon, surrounded by women, listening to their stories. I could read their energy, sense what they were feeling, and often tell them things about themselves that would surprise them.
At the time, I didn’t realise what it was — I just knew I understood people on a deeper level. I heard what they weren’t saying as clearly as what they were.
In my 20s, I faced my own overwhelming crossroads — people-pleasing, relationship uncertainty, and confusion around career direction. I got married young, stepped into the corporate world. But something didn’t feel aligned.
At 26, I chose to follow my fascination with the mind.
It changed everything.
I trained. I lived it.
Then I understood it.
I trained in clinical health counselling and hypnotherapy at the Australian Academy of Hypnotic Science — not because it was the obvious path, but because I couldn’t imagine any other one.
Through my 30s and 40s, I balanced business, motherhood, relationships, and the pressure of holding it all together. On the outside, high-functioning. On the inside — like many of the women I now work with — moments of overwhelm, emotional burnout, and quietly questioning what came next.
Now in my 50s, everything I’ve experienced has come together into one clear mission: helping people understand their emotional triggers, behaviours, and patterns — so they can move forward with clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to themselves.
