FinallyYou.
12 weeks. Private 1:1.
The version of you you’ve been circling for years — she’s on the other side.
Psychotherapy · Intuitive Coaching · Hypnotherapy
All three, woven together — just for you.
You’ll recognise yourself
in these words.
Read this slowly.
Not with your head — with the part of you that already knows.
You are the one everyone leans on. The strong one. The capable one.
The one who holds it all together — and somewhere in the middle of holding everything, you quietly lost yourself.
You can’t even say that out loud, because from the outside? You look absolutely fine.
You’ve tried therapy before. You left with more understanding — but the same patterns still running underneath. The same relationship dynamic. The same moment where you almost chose yourself — and didn’t.
Understanding why hasn’t been enough to make it stop.
You know something deeper needs to shift. Not your circumstances. Not your schedule.
Something in you — something that runs so far beneath the surface
that no amount of knowing has been able to reach it.
You are so tired of abandoning yourself for other people’s comfort. The apologies you don’t owe. The opinions you swallow.
You don’t know how to stop without everything falling apart.
You know who you could be. You can almost feel her — that version of yourself who trusts herself, who speaks her truth, who feels at home in her own skin.
You just don’t know how to close the distance.
“Why am I like this?”
Finally gets answered.
This isn’t therapy as you know it.
It goes much further.
Most therapy works at the conscious level. You talk. You understand. You leave with insight — and then two weeks later, you’re back in the same feeling.
That’s not a failure of effort. That’s what happens when the work stays above the surface.
“I combine 30 years of psychotherapy, intuitive coaching and clinical hypnotherapy — not as separate tools, but as one integrated approach. Because you are one person, not three separate problems.”
There’s no group. No intake dates. No workbooks. Just you, and the work that’s yours to do — held by someone who can see the whole of you, including the parts you haven’t found words for yet.
Four phases.
One complete transformation.
Every session is built entirely around you — your story, your patterns, where you’re stuck, who you’re becoming.
The Deep Dive
Your story, patterns & where they began
Before we change anything, we understand it completely. We map the beliefs running beneath the surface — the patterns in relationships, the way you shrink, the things you say yes to that cost you. This phase alone shifts something. Being truly seen, often for the first time, is itself a profound release.
- Understand why you feel and react the way you do
- Map the core beliefs running beneath your choices
- Identify the emotional triggers keeping the patterns alive
Where the Real Shifts Happen
Hypnotherapy & the subconscious work
Talk therapy can explain your patterns — hypnotherapy reaches the place where they actually live. We go beneath the surface to where old beliefs were formed and begin to rewrite them. Gentle, profound, and often the most powerful experience people describe from the entire program.
- Emotional release — grief, old wounds, suppressed feeling
- Inner child healing — conversations with the younger you
- Breaking cycles in relationships, self-worth & identity
Becoming
Rebuilding self-worth & living from self-trust
This phase is about building the version of you that you actually choose. Not who you were told to be. Not who felt safest to become. Boundaries that come from values instead of fear. Showing up as yourself — not the version others needed.
- Living from self-trust, not self-doubt
- Setting boundaries that hold — without guilt
- Real change that holds in your actual everyday life
Finally You
Rewriting identity & stepping into who you actually are
This is not who you become at the end of a program. This is who you’ve always been — underneath everything that was placed on top of her. You walk forward from a place of genuine alignment, not performing a version of yourself that earns approval.
- Rewriting the story you’ve told yourself about who you are
- Aligning with your real purpose & direction
- Stepping forward with clarity, self-trust and deep internal freedom
She came in feeling like
a bad mother.
She left finally herself.
Sarah came to me in her mid-thirties. A young mum who, on the surface, had everything — but wasn’t feeling good enough at any of it.
It started with something small. Her baby got a bruise on its face from hitting the bassinet. A completely normal thing. But Sarah couldn’t let it go. She felt judged — by family, by friends, by her maternal nurse. She kept telling herself the same story: I’m a bad mother.
That story was affecting everything. Her relationship with her husband. Her ability to go to work. Her confidence taking her baby to daycare. She was constantly emotional, constantly measuring herself against a standard she could never meet.
In our sessions, we uncovered where that story actually came from. Her father was a perfectionist. Growing up, Sarah had deeply suppressed feelings of not being worthy — of not being good enough — because she had never been allowed to be anything less than perfect.
There was one particular moment from childhood we kept returning to: a time she hadn’t looked after a younger sibling well enough, was told off, and never — not once — had the chance to tell her father that it wasn’t her fault.
She got to say what she never said.
She got to feel what she never let herself feel.
And in doing so — she released it.
“She was no longer running on her subconscious program. She was finally her.“

This is what life looks like
on the other side.
Heart and mind finally in sync.
You understand your emotions — really understand them — instead of being run by them. The reactivity softens. You feel things without being at the mercy of them.
Real in your relationships.
You show up honestly — as yourself. You can say no without guilt, yes without resentment, and speak the truth even when it’s uncomfortable.
Clear about who you are.
You know what you want, what you value and exactly where you’re going. The fog lifts. You trust yourself in a way that doesn’t require anyone else’s permission.
This is why it’s called Finally You.
The discovery that
changes everything.
There is a particular type of woman who finds her way to me.
She is the one who has always cared. For her children, her partner, her parents, her friends, her colleagues. She senses what others need before they’ve said a word. She would never let someone she loves face something alone.
She has spent her life in service of everyone around her. And she has run out of herself.
She arrives here not quite knowing what she’s looking for — exhausted in a way sleep doesn’t fix, giving from empty for longer than she can remember.
What she doesn’t yet know — is what I can already see.
She is gifted.
Her ability to feel what others feel, to hold space, to sense what isn’t being said — that isn’t just her personality. That is a rare and extraordinary gift. She has been using it her whole life, unconsciously, at great cost to herself.
Somewhere in these 12 weeks, it becomes visible to her for the first time.
I see it before she does. I always do.
What changes isn’t just that she heals. What changes is that she understands — perhaps for the first time — why she is the way she is. The work doesn’t just free her from her patterns. It reveals her purpose.
And that purpose — almost always — is to use what she carries in service of others. With intention. With boundaries. With the full knowledge of the gift she holds.
She leaves knowing she is a healer.
Held by someone who
knows the way.
I have spent thirty years in the room with women just like you. I don’t listen to the version of you that performed to earn love; I listen for the one who got quiet under the pressure. I’ve walked the path of losing myself and coming home — and I’ve guided hundreds of others to do the same.
“Before you’ve finished telling me your story, I can already see the woman on the other side of it. My job is to make sure you do too. Not someday. Now.”

Transformation doesn’t end after 12 weeks. Every graduate receives lifetime entry to our exclusive circle of women who have walked this path, gathered monthly to sustain their growth.
“Before starting this program with Maria, I felt completely disconnected from myself, constantly seeking validation from others. After 12 weeks, I feel a deep connection to my heart. I’ve set boundaries I never thought possible, and I trust my own voice. She guided me with so much warmth.”
She came to understand herself. She’s leaving to help others do the same.
“More results than my previous psychologists and counsellors. I feel like I am talking to a friend not a counsellor — which is what I love about her. After only a few sessions I am getting more results than ever before.”
“I felt seen and understood on a deep level, and the session helped me release things I didn’t even realise I was holding onto. I walked out feeling refreshed, lighter, and more at peace.”
Patricia S. · Melbourne“I felt like I knew Maria before even meeting her. We worked through so much in the first session. I left feeling so confident and inspired. She has such a beautiful and inviting nature.”
Shaneece T.“Her approach combines spirituality with therapy in a way I’ve never experienced. Her intuition was spot on. She really wants to help and see you succeed. Her energy is so infectious.”

Here are answers.
That part of you that knows —
that’s the part I work with.
You don’t need to have it all figured out, and you don’t need to be perfectly ready. You just need to be ready enough to take your first step.
“I see you becoming before you do. I’ll hold that space for you until you’re ready to stand in it.”
